At Oscar, we strive for customer satisfaction, and part of that is feedback - we would love to hear from you. If you have any questions about our car rental or problems with your booking, we will do our best to solving your request! You are always welcome to contact us by email, phone, or chat.

As all locations at Oscar are independent, all cars and trailers must always be delivered to the same location as the pick-up.

Yes, all our cars can be driven with category B / normal driver’s licenses.

There is technically no age limit or requirement for how long you have had a driver's license when you rent a car from Oscar. However, in some cases, there may be an age restriction when renting vans, moving trucks, car transporters, or luxury cars. Once you have clicked on the desired car, it will let you know if there is an age restriction on the selected car.

It depends on your age and type of payment whether there is a deposit on the rental. If you pay by credit card, there is no deposit; but if you pay by debit card, a deposit may be charged and assessed based on your age and choice of car type. To read more about the deposit, click here.

If canceled within 48 hours before the pick-up time, Oscar has the right to charge the full amount. If the cancellation is made before the 48-hour time frame, you will only have to pay 25% of the rental price. For questions about cancellations, please contact us at +34 518 88 83 83.

The price for extra kilometers depends on which car you want to rent and how many kilometers you need. You can choose to pre-book kilometers with a quantity discount. Another choice is to pay a standard price per kilometer, based on the exact number of kilometers driven, determined by the type and size of the car. Our rental period is basically from morning to morning, but the pick-up and drop-off times can vary from location to location. The pick-up can, in many cases, take place later. However, it must be within the location's opening hours. Some locations have a key box allowing the car to be delivered outside the opening hours; however, this must be done within the rental period.

The price always includes collision and liability insurance. However, there will be a deductible in the event of damage. When purchasing deductible reduction insurance, you can reduce your deductible for the rental. The price for purchasing insurance can vary from location to location.

You are welcome to drive abroad in our cars, but you must pay a fee so that the insurance is also valid abroad. The fee can be paid during the booking process, and the price may vary from location to location.

When you book a car with Oscar, it is the information entered in the booking process that will also be on the rental contract. Information about the driver and any additional drivers must be entered in the booking process.

In many cases, it is possible to see the dimensions of the cars when you click on ‘more information on our cars after a search. If the dimensions are not listed, you are welcome to contact customer service at +34 518 88 83 83.

When you rent a car at Oscar, it includes roadside assistance as we want to provide you with peace of mind. You can see the telephone number for roadside assistance at the top of the rental contract, which you will receive when picking up the car.

Unfortunately, at Oscar, we do not accept cash, but you can pay with both debit and credit cards.

Fuel is not included in the price. The car must be delivered with the same fuel level as when picked up.

Other people are welcome to drive the car if they are listed as an extra driver / co-leaser and have a valid driver’s license. The driver’s license must be presented at pick-up.

The car must be delivered in the same condition as when picked up. This means that it must be cleaned if it has become dirty during the rental period. You will be charged a cleaning fee for failure to clean the car.

If you want to avoid a fee for driving to a recycling site, you must state that you have a rental car. If you forget, we will send you a bill.

Neither animals nor smoking is allowed in our rental cars. If you do not respect the agreements with the location, you will be charged a fee.

When picking up the car, you must bring a payment card, driver’s license, and health insurance certificate.

Prices include car rental, accident and theft insurance, VAT, and 100 km per day. In addition, there are several purchase options, such as the purchase of extra kilometers, extra insurance, and accessories.

Prices may vary slightly from location to location because Oscar is franchise-based. This can apply to both rental prices and insurance. However, you are always guaranteed the price that you got when you booked the car. Check our price list here.

As a car renter, you are responsible for all parking and speeding fines during your rental period. If you do not pay the fine, Oscar will charge the amount and an administration fee for processing the fine.

You must be able to present a valid driver’s license. If you have just obtained a driver’s license or, for some other reason, have a temporary driver’s license, you can unfortunately not rent a car from Oscar. If you do not have a driver’s license from an EU country, you must present an international driver’s license.
